Hon. Semiu Adebari, a former councilor from Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State has declared his intention to contest for Ogun State House of Assembly under the platform of All Progressives Congress.
Hon Adebari who said he intends to represent Ifo 1 State Constituency made this known while addressing the party faithful at a stakeholder meeting held in Ifo, Ogun State.
While briefing the party faithful, Adebari said the passion to serve his people made him take the decision, while promising to sponsor people-oriented bills if given the mandate to serve his people.
While calling for their support, he said the zone need a well-focused and the grassroots individual who had lived and identified with the masses to represent them at the Assembly, thereby assisting in facilitating more people-oriented projects for the constituency.
He called for dedication and assured us that he will not let the people down if given the mandate, adding that he remained one of the few politicians from the zone who can change the fortune of the zone with his Midas touch.
"I am a leading voice for good governance and my impressive resume, alongside a credible track record of meaningful advocacy for good governance, has sparked widespread optimism that my emergence would bring about the delivery of dividends of democracy to the people of Ifo 1 State Constituency" he added
