15-year-old nabbed for allegedly stealing children, getting N5000 reward from his accomplices (video)

A 15-year-old boy has been apprehended while allegedly stealing a child.

In the video shared online, the teenager said he has stolen three children and gets paid N5000 for each child by his accomplices. He also said that his parents aren't aware he engages in such.
