Based on his rising political profile, the African Action Congress (AAC), Ogun State chapter has adopted a former member of the Ogun State House of Assembly, who represented Ogun Waterside constituency, Hon. Adeyemi Harrison, as its 2023 Ogun governorship hopeful.
Salient Times gathered that the adoption of Harrison Adeyemi by AAC, followed his movement and all his political machinery, 'Ogun Golden Time Team', to the Party few months ago.
It was gathered that he had earlier declared his intention to run for the highest political position in the State at a well attended political gathering held in Ijebu-Ode some days ago.
Harrison stated that he would be contesting under the platform of African Action Congress (AAC).
Harrison promised an all inclusive government if he becomes the governor of the state.
Rolling out his programmes if elected, Hon. Harrison said that qualitative and affordable education, health care services would be paramount in his administration, saying that agriculture and provision of basic amenities would not be left behind.
He called on the people of the state to join hands and support his ambition, saying that the state needed a God fearing personality to move forward to a greater height.
