Residents of Oso Abe Oloba community in Obafemi Owode Local government area of Ogun State on Tuesday said they have all legal documents in connection with the land title in the community.

The community said prior to the purchase of the said land, the owners have done all necessary investigation including the supreme court Judgement by the original owners.

The Estate owners who cried out that their land is under siege as the land invaders are more daring in their attempt to disposses residents of the community their hard earned money, called on governor Dapo Abiodun to take urgent step in the matter to prevent the break down of law and order.

It will be recalled that the community had earlier sent a petition to the security adviser to Ogun state Governor on the matter and another one to the acting Inspector General of Police on the wrong use of the armed mobile police personnel to harrass innocent citizens.

The residents of the  various estates within the community said they  acquired the land legitimately from the original owner upon the proof of ownership with the supreme court judgement and upon the investigation that the land was free of acquisition by the Ogun state Government.

They alleged that suspected land grabbers are daily tormenting the residents who are mainly civil servants that have invested their hard earned money on the property.

While calling on the impostors to stay off the land, the residents said the intervention of the government in the crisis will prevent the crisis in the affected communities.
