Famous fuji star, Wasiu Alabi Ajibola, popularly known as Pasuma has cried out to Nigerians how someone impersonated him to swindle his fans over N13 million.

He said; “I was invited by the police over an incident and when I got to the police station they showed me a fraudster who had been impersonating me on Facebook and had collected over N13 million from his fans.”

“I saw someone in America that told me that on a good day I’m supposed to greet him for what he sent to me and asked that didn’t I see what he sent to me?”

“The person saw me in New Jersey and refused to greet me and I told him it wasn’t me and he said he had the number he used to communicate with me and I said he should call the number and let me see.”

“Lo and behold he called the number, I even had a conversation with the person right in my presence and I said to him have you now seen that it wasn’t me that you have been speaking to all this while?”.

“I am using the opportunity to plead with my fans around the world not to relate or negotiate with any Pasuma account on Facebook.”

“Although I have a large number of fans, I hope that the unpleasant incident will not repeat itself again.”

“However, I urge my fans to reach out to me preferably through my verified Instagram account ‘Officialpasuma’.”
