Ogun AMORAN BOT Chairman, Wale Ajiboye Bags NUJ Award Of Excellence

The immediate past Chairman of Articulated Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) Ogun State and the incumbent Chairman, Board of Trustees of the union, Alhaji Olawale Ajiboye has been honoured by the Federated Chapel, Nigeria Union of Journalists, Ogun State Council.

Federated Chapel of Ogun NUJ consists of publishers and editors of both the community newspapers and online publications in the State.

Alhaji 'Wale Ajiboye popularly called MTN was honoured with the prestigious Award of Excellence of Ogun NUJ for his sterling contributions towards socio-economic development of the state as well as empowerment of the teeming youths.

Receiving the award, Alhaji Ajiboye commended the journalists working in the state for deeming it fit to honour him for just being patriotic and quietly complementing the government in its drive for economic prosperity for the people.

The popular transporter who could not hide his excitement over the honour bestowed on him said, "I sincerely want to thank the Federated Chapel, Ogun NUJ for this unexpected honour. I was just busy doing my best for the uplifting of my state, I never knew I was under the radar of you journalists who have also been doing so much to ensure that we stayed informed and entertained as well".

"I really treasure this award and I want to say that it will only spur me to do more. This is also a challenge to the current leadership of AMORAN in the state to remain dedicated to selfless service and supporting the development of our dear state. May the almighty Allah continue to bless Federated Chapel, Ogun NUJ, thank you all".
