CEO Aerofield Homes, Akintunde, Bags Ogun NULGE Award Of Excellence

The Chief Executive Officer of Aerofield Homes and Properties, Mr 'Tope Armstrong Akintunde has received the Ogun State 2020 Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) award of excellence.

The award was given to the fast rising estate merchant by the NULGE of Ikenne local government branch, Ikenne Remo, Ogun State.

Akintunde who was represented by Mr. Tunde Ojuri at the event was later presented with the prestigious Award of Excellence by the chairman, Chairman of the union, Comrade Ola Babatunde.

Presenting the award to Mr Akintunde at the local government secretariat on Tuesday, the branch Chairman of the union, Comrade Ola Babatunde said that the selfless leadership of the Iperu Remo born estate magnate coupled with being outstanding in his career were the two most important factors that made him merit the honour.

Comrade Babatunde described Akintunde as one of the emerging leaders to watch out for both in business and politics saying that he remained good asset to the people of the state and the nation at large.

Receiving the award, Akintunde thanked the local government workers for deeming it wise to honour him saying that the encouragement would spur him to do more for the people.

Akintunde said "I am really delighted over this award, it's something I never expected because whatever I do is really to honour God so that it could be said of me that I play my part very well. However, I appreciate this award, I treasure it even much more because it's from my own local government.

"I thank you all and I charge you to keep cooperating and supporting the good government of Prince Dapo Abiodun in his determination to make life a lot easier and comfortable for the residents of Ogun state. God bless you all".
