Late Adebanjo was a man of many achievements- Ogun Govt

The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has described the late Chief Kehinde Adebanjo, as a man of many achievements and selfless leader who has served the State diligently.

Governor Abiodun who spoke through his Deputy, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele,  stated this during his condolence visit to the wife, children and families of the deceased, at Odogbolu. 

It would be recalled that late Chief Adebanjo, an indigene of Odogbolu until his demise was appointed Chairman, Ogun State Agro-Allied Service by the State government.  

"Let me convey my deepest condolence to the entire family of Adebanjo for the painful loss. Many attest to his diligence, discipline and hardwork, when he served as the State Commissioner for Housing. It was in recognition of the immense value and passion he brought to any assignment under his watch that informed the decision of our administration to appoint him as the Chairman, Agro-Allied Services recently", he said. 

He added that the numerous lives he touched as a public servant and his exemplary lifestyle, remain a reference point and source of inspiration to younger generations 

While urging the families to take solace in his legacy of good service, he said the rank of committed and selfless political leaders in the State has been depleted by his passage and he would be missed.

Responding on behalf of the family, wife of the deceased, Chief (Mrs.) Bisi Adebanjo, appreciated the State government’s delegation for commiserating with the family. 
Government delegation to the house of the deceased include the Commissioner for Special Duties and Inter-governmental Affairs, Barr. Femi Ogunbanwo, Special Adviser to the Governor on Public Communication, Hon. Remmy Hazzan,  Senior Special Assistant, Deputy Governor’s office, Hon. Kola Salako, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Boundary Matters, Alhaja Khadijat Ahmed, House of Assembly member representing Odogbolu State constituency, Hon. Atinuke Bello, representative of All Progressive Congress,  among others.
