The Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has replied a question posed by Khadija Sanusi over the relationship between her father and the governor.
Yesterday’s evening, Khadija Sanusi, the daughter of Muhammad Sanusi II, took to Twitter to share pictures of her father, family and Mallam Nasir El-Rufai.
In the tweet, she appreciated the governor for his good deeds towards her family, especially the string of appointments he showered on Sanusi. In a thankful note, she asked a question,
“With friends like El-Rufai, who needs luck?”
Surprisingly, El-Rufai carved out time to read the tweet and gave an answer that Khadija might not have expected. He actually believes in luck with or without good friends.
El-Rufai said,
“We all need friends plus lots of luck, Yusra @khadijasanusi_ But thanks for the kind words and [extend my] greetings to your father and my brother HH Muhammad Sanusi II. God Bless.
The two friends, El-Rufai and Sanusi have been at the forefront of the media over their recently heightened friendship.
