Anti-Party: Kwara APC Suspends Ex-Chairman, Towoju, 5 Others

The former factional Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Rev. Bunmi Olusona has been suspended over alledged anti-party activities.



     
This was contained in a statement jointly signed by the Chairman of a fact-finding Committee, Honourable Olu Babalola and Secretary Dr. Philip Awoseyin.

    
Olusona and six others were suspended in accordance with Article 21 and Section D sub section F of the APC Constitution.

     
Also suspended are; Raphael Ifabiyi, Isaac Ogundare, Honourable Gabriel Ashaolu Barr. Kayode Towoju, Gbenga Yusuf and Olabode Towoju.

       
The committee which was set up at a meeting of Local Government Executives, Ward Chairmen, Caucus members State Officers and Elders, announced the indefinite suspension based on the evidence before it.

     
The suspended party members are however directed to appear before the disciplinary Committee.
