Appointment letter of Prince Saburee Babajide Bakre as Agura of Gbagura will be issued to the Jamolu family of Egiri Ruling House in Gbagura Abeokuta tomorrow Monday May 13, 2019, says Ogun State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Chief Babajide Ojuko.

59 year old Chief Superintendent of Customs, Prince Saburee Babajide Bakre is the choice of the Kingmakers out of nine princes, who offered themselves for possible endorsement.

Prince Saburee Babajide Bakre who joined the Custom's Service in 1988, holds an HND Business Administration from the Ogun State Polytechnic, now Moshood Abiola University of Technology, Abeokuta in 1986.
He also acquired certificates from the School of Business and Management, American University of Sharjah, Dubai in July 2010 and Hamburg Port Training Institute GmbH Hamburg Germany in October 2010.
The new Agura, expected to soon begin traditional rites, is a member of Abeokuta Sports Club, Abeokuta Golf Club and Abeokuta Club.
He enjoys reading and golfing.
The new Agura is married to Mrs. Omobolanle Omowunmi Bakre, nee Job, and blessed with four children, two males and two females.
Prince Saburee Babajide Bakre will become the 9th Agura of Gbagura after Oba Dr. Halidu Adedayo Olaloko MFR, JP, Sobekun the Second, who reigned from 18th October 1980 to July 12, 2018.
