The APC candidate representing Ekiti Central 1 in the February 2019 general elections, Sola Fatoba, has sent congratulatory message to the new Executive members of Ado Progressive Union that was recently inaugurated by the Ewi of Ado Ekiti, HRM Oba Rufus Adeyemo Adejugbe.
Fatoba said he had no doubt that the new executive led by Chief Sarumi Ayoola is made up of people of proven integrity.
He described members of the new executive as round pegs in round holes and that he had no doubt that they were up to the onerous task set before them and that they would perform to the admiration of the people of the community.
Fatoba advised members of the APU to be focused and work with "one purpose, harmony devoid of rancour and mutual confidence and trust" as they embark on their goals.
He prayed that God would give the APU leadership and other members of the Executive the wisdom to succeed and the temperance to work together in harmony for the benefit of Ado Ekiti community
Other members of the new Executive are; Chief Mrs Tosin Ajisafe Aluko as Vice President 1, Mr Anthony Adejugbe as Vice President 11, Wale Ajibade as Secretary, Prince Toyin Akingbade AS Assistant Secretary, Prince Suyi Aladesanmi as Treasurer, Hon. Oluwaseyi Shittu as Financial Secretary 1 and Falade Adewale as Financial Secretary 11.
The rest are; Kolade Ogunsakin as Public Relations Officer 1, Wale Ogundele as Public Relations Officer 11, Mr. Soji Bello as Ex-Officio, Chief Mnrs Fali Arije as Ex-Officio 11, Mr. Ajayi Julius as Auditor, Omowumi Akerele, while Welfare Officer, Rashidat Ajise, Okunlade Odunayo, Emmanuel Adedeji were inaugurated as Legal Officers.
