Doctor Explains How Father Disvirgin 17 Year Old Daughter

A medical doctor and prosecution witness, Olatunji Elizabeth, on Thursday told an Ikeja Sexual Offence and Domestic Violence Court in Lagos how a father, Folorunsho Oluwaseun, broke the hymen of his 17-year-old daughter.

The witness, who works in the Department of Family Medicine at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) narrated before a court presided over by Justice Sybil Nwaka how Folorunsho had sexually assaulted his daughter (name withheld) for six years.

The Defendant, Folorunsho Oluwaseun, is standing trial for sexually assaulting his daughter in their Ikorodu home sometimes in 2017.


While being led in evidence by the State Prosecutor, Mr. B.T. Boye, the witness said: “From my investigation, it’s a long repeated penile penetration which lasted for six years.

“I arrived at this conclusion following a medical examination she conducted on the victim,” she said.
