..set to employ 10,000 Nigerians
The Management of Petrolex Oil and Gas Limited has urge members of the public and other concerned stakeholders to disregard allegations that there was a protest by aggrieved contractors at its Head Office in Ikoyi, Lagos
The company said there was no protest whatsoever by contractors or anyone at all, at any of its facilities adding that the people in the ‘protest’ picture circulated are journalists and members of staff, "whom we can comfortably identify, and the picture which was taken during a media tour, was first published on December 11, 2017 on Africa Oil and Gas Report"."In the past few weeks, our Chairman, Segun Adebutu has been in Europe, meeting with partners in an attempt to attract Foreign Direct Investments into Nigeria. Incidentally, a Russian news platform reported that he was at the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation to discuss Russian-Nigerian cooperation and potential investments in the oil and gas sector".
"Through a series of substantial investments, Segun Adebutu has demonstrated that he is kind and humane, as far as businessmen can be.
